Ashley Macdonald

Ashley has seven years of customer service under her belt and is a major people person! Ashley and Andy decided to team up with their combined skills to improve the quality of people’s lives at Illini Hearing. As the Patient Care Coordinator, she very much enjoys her daily interactions with patients and loves to see the smile on their face when they can hear better! Her goal is to make someone’s day better, even if it’s a small gesture of kindness. Ashley would like to become a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in the future and further her knowledge and ability to improve the hearing of people in her community!
