Andy Bierbaum, BC-HIS

For nearly two decades, Andy Bierbaum has been helping people rediscover the joy of hearing and reconnecting with the world around them. A proud graduate of Marshall High School, Andy’s journey in hearing care began early—he started building and repairing hearing aids at just 16 years old through a school work program.

After completing a hands-on apprenticeship, Andy became one of the youngest state-licensed Hearing Instrument Specialists in Illinois at the age of 19. His dedication and expertise have since earned him additional state licenses in Indiana and Florida, as well as National Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences (2011).

With almost 20 years of experience in hearing aid technology, fitting, and repair, Andy’s true passion lies in helping patients reconnect with loved ones and regain confidence through better hearing. He takes pride in providing personalized, compassionate care and guiding each patient to the right hearing solution for their unique needs.

When he’s not helping patients, Andy continues to stay on top of the latest advancements in hearing aid technology, ensuring that every individual he serves receives the best that modern hearing care has to offer.
