Ashley Macdonald

Ashley has worked at Illini Hearing for 6 years. She started her journey as the Patient Care Coordinator helping clients with their basic hearing aids needs. In 2021, she made the decision to further her knowledge in the field of Hearing and Speech science, as a certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. After 4.5 years of studies and on the job training, Ashley is now serving clients alongside Andy as an HIS. She takes great pride and joy in helping clients hear all the things they have been missing out on! Ashley is excited to continue to grow her skills and learn more about how to help her client’s everyday life through improved hearing and communication. In her free time, you can find her at the gym working out, sipping on an iced coffee and shopping, or spending time with her husband, friends, and family.
